CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Ø Can I cancel my orders?
Well, there is no option to cancel your order after payment is made, as these products are specially customised and printed for you. However you can call the customer support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will try to get in touch with the Printer to stop the printing, provided the printer has not started printing your product. If the request comes after the printing job has started or after 24 hours of placing the request we will not be able to accept the changes to the printing request or cancellation of printing. If we are able to cancel the minimum cancellation fee is Rs 150 to cover for payment gateway charges; the balance will be transferred post deduction of the same.
Ø How do I return or replace a product?
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and report it to us within 48hrs.
You can return a product to UrPrinters.com if:
· You raise a request within 48hrs of receipt of your order
· You receive a Faulty/defective product
· You receive a Physically damaged product
· The Printed product is different from the description on website or from the description that you provided on the website.
Just contact us at (email@example.com)and place a request for return or replace, and we will take care of the rest
We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 4 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.
Ø What do I do if I receive wrong product?
If you receive a wrong product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form or call us within 48 hrs of receipt of your order. We’ll get back to you and arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.
Ø What do I do if I receive a damaged product
If you receive a damaged product, we request you to Contact Us within 48 hrs of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 4 working days of receipt of your complaint and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll exchange it for you/refund the entire amount, as per your request.
Ø What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?
In case of Faulty or Wrong products please raise your concern within 48 hrs. Our service guarantees your purchase and gives you 100% of your money back in case we falter on our commitments.
Following are the terms and conditions for return/replacement.
· Products must be in their original condition
· Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products in original packaging will be accepted
Ø When will I get my refund?
If you want refund in your bank account it will take 5-7 working days and if you want store credits, it will be initiated in 24-48 hours.
